Three sleeping positions affect men’s sex function

Men’s sleeping posture different can impact on men’s health. For men, so the best sleeping posture is supine, and the legs spread apart; while prone and side, may have adverse effects on the male reproductive system.

1. Tummy Sleeping
Many men will ask "tummy sleeping is good? Tummy sleeping can sleep at ease!" In fact, male tummy sleeping namely “Prone”, not only oppression visceral, damage to internal organs function lead to shortness of breath, a long time, but will oppressed reproductive system: Penis oppression, inhibit blood circulation, likely to cause frequent nocturnal emission, make men dizziness, fatigue and other symptoms, affect the normal work and life; and the scrotum is oppressed, the heat can not be effectively dispersed, causes the scrotal temperature rises, have a negative impact on spermatogenesis, reduced male fertility.

2. Left Lateral Decubitus
Because the heart is located in the left side of the body, when the men take the left lateral decubitus sleeping position, the heart will be oppressed, make people over and over again and can't sleep, easily lead to poor sleep quality. When the heart is oppressed, male body's blood circulation slows down, including the reproductive organs of blood circulation, when the long-term reproductive organs do not get enough blood supply may lead to erectile dysfunction.

3. Right Lateral Decubitus
Prone is bad, left side is also not good, that right lateral is okay? Indeed, lying on the right side neither oppress the heart, it also will not oppressed reproductive organs can be regarded as a good sleeping position, but not suit for every male for right lateral decubitus sleeping position. Medical experts found lying left or right lateral decubitus, are likely to cause accidents - testicular torsion.

Testicles "living" in the scrotum, around each through an organization called the spermatic cord attached to the body, the spermatic long for testicular blood circulation of the blood vessels, the man in the side sleeping position to sleep, testicles and penis is squeezed inbetween his legs, the pressure than standing for a much more obvious, some men, especially young people go to bed, moving around, legs writhing, it is possible spermatic "twist" into agroup, torsion and "knotting". Nutrient supply to the testicles and discharged by the metabolites in blood vessels from the spermatic cord, spermatic cord torsion, testicular lack of nutrients, metabolites can not be discharged if the turn around time is over 12 hours, it is possible to testicular ischemia and necrosis.

Lying on the right side is not the best sleeping position among men, if men insist on lying on the right side, so pay attention not to move around, writhing.
